No, I did not spell "Bagel" incorrectly. I am not referring to the yummy breakfast meal that my husband Tim loves to eat toasted with loads of cream cheese, instead BaGals refers to Tim and my last names ..a combination of Baia and Gallagher. My sister in law, Shannon and her husband Pedro (The HeGals: Henry-Gallagher) came up with the name and we like it...plus it was available for the blog name...
